Checkin process - We reached after hours and couldn't locate which building to go to, where to collect the keys and parking. Once we called the property manager and located the pick up box, parking passes were missing. We were supposed to get a text with all these details but never got one
Location - It was very noisy. Not ideal for a family
Unit - The unit was dated - old furniture, old carpet, old appliances dishwasher and dryer wouldn't work properly on days 3 and 4 of our stay. On the positive side, the views were amazing
Property - Beach, Pool and the hot tub were the places we spent most of our time and they were good
Checkout - we dropped off the apartment keys at the office, however the instructions on check out packet were wrong - they asked us to drop off pool passes, parking tkts but that is not needed (they are all throwaway paper passes). they need to update their documents/ policies
Given a choice, we probably wouldn't stay here again!
