Anniversary trip

The condo has a great view as promised, but the pool was closed and we weren't told. The condo itself needed some major updating! The sink was clogged and the disposal didn't work. They left no preliminary supplies like dishcloth or towel or one soap for dishwasher. Where we've stayed in the past they have left preliminary supplies. There was only 1/2 a roll of cheap thin toilet paper left. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV's to work on regular stations. If not for the view and great beach it would have been a bad time!

poor experience

we were hesitant to come because of the virus but was told by the rep that we would lose a significant amount of money if it was rented out for the same amount, almost like we were being bullied. The property was a mediocre renovation and the cleaning was terrible. The cooking utensils were so bad, I had to go buy some. Everything was closed, pool, hot tub and the pic of the lobby, haha, locked up with artificial flowers out front in a tropical environment. What a joke. The parking deck was a nice touch. We came home 2 days early to get away from the obnoxious men on the balcony next door. Terrible experience.
