Family Craving a Home to re-connect

The home was great for adults of all ages wanting to have a central place to re-connect but also private sleeping quarters All bedrooms are remote from one another making it comfortable for early risers and night owls The kitchen was perfect for large meals. Good fit

Fun vacation home

Great space for extended family. Quiet neighborhood. Awesome pool. Close to all myrtle beach has to offer. TVs were confusing to use and there were no instructions. We had a problem with the door code not working and only 1 pool/garbage card was provided. There was inconsistent air conditioning and water pressure also. Overall good stay.

House was amazing. Great neighborhood, plenty room for the family. Beds were comfortable and the Master bedroom was beautiful and amazing. Loving the tv in bathroom also

Place was clean. Beautiful house. Falsely described the ability to us the garage. When I pointed that out they updated the website but did not compensate me. I wanted to use the garage to take my jeep top off for my wedding.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Beautiful home…specifically the master suite! Turned on dishwasher but not sure if it was working…..batteries dead in remote for main television. Might consider an instruction sheet for operating televisions & dishwasher. Incredibly nice stay….will be back!

Nice but not nice

House was beautiful. Too bad the cooktop didn't work and management didn't get it fixed until our 5th day into a 7 day trip. I requested a partial refund because we had to spend extra money eating out. I never received a response. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I would not use them again due to the lack of communication and customer service.

Large home

This home would have gotten a better rating but did not because the air conditioning was set so cold and we could not adjust the temperature or turn it off. We reached out to Vacasa and they did give a generic response each time but did not fix the problem. The property advertised that their was a hair dryer and there was none. The location was in North Myrtle and we would have preferred a more central location. Property was clean but was a bit too techy

Amazing stay - highly recommend!!!

The house is awesome! Amazing master bedroom and master bathroom - rain shower head, walk in closet, bath tub with chandelier, mirrors with surrounding lighting that you can change. Outdoor area, large kitchen with island. All updated appliances in bathrooms and kitchen, great washer drier. TVs in every room, comfortable beds, great interior decorating, can sleep a lot of people, very clean. We had a fabulous stay and were so comfortable! Definitely will be going back!
