「I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control....
