"It is a very large hotel. It has anything you could ask for in an hotel for convenience on the property. Everyone was accommodating and helpful. This was an unplanned stop added last minute and our stay on the sixth floor with a back room requiring a long walk to elevators was inconvenient for our situation."

"The location can't be beat if you want to stay on Essex near all the major dining and shopping! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The room was decorated in a trendy vibe and the rooftop for snacks and drinks definitely appeals to a lot of people. You get a cool view of Essex, though we wish we could have been able to see more from our hotel room. We also wish that there would have been breakfast, a pool, and gym for the price we paid. In addition, make sure you know you will have to pay for your parking and that it is quite a walk if you have heavy luggage. Unfortunately, our room had a very loud buzzing/humming sound coming from the ceiling. That, in combination with very noisy neighbors with kids in the room next door made it hard to sleep both nights we were there. We were surprised that the street noise was nothing in comparison to the irritating loud noise coming from the machinery in our room! Overall, the convenience of the location made it worth it for us this vacation!"

"The Inn is in a beautiful location, and the staff is friendly. But the room was the smallest we have seen in a hotel in quite a while, and the ground floor offers no view. The plumbing, including the shower, were very good. There was complementary coffee but no breakfast (thus, it was as described in the ad)."
