“Overall is good”

“Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped. We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much. ”

“Have stayed at this amazing place before - a little further out than we wanted - but the price was worth it! Had a quiet 'basement room' for 2 nights. It was very clean and pleasant throughout and still had a window view to the ground level, which we weren't expecting. Warm, cosy and comfortable , plenty of plugs, tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer. Shower piping hot with plenty of complimentary products, clean towels and comfy bed. We tried the buffet breakfast for 1 morning - Set out……

“Great location to stay before a flight before flying from Birmingham airport. Checkin was quick, friendly & easy. Rooms clean and tidy but could do with a little care for decorating. Restaurant has been done and even corridors are tidy just rooms need a little spruce up.”
