Unfortunately we felt underwhelmed for the price we paid, prices are similar to that of rudding park and sadly it just doesn’t match. We were waiting over an hour for food in the pizzeria, which seemed to prioritise takeaway orders and then I was ill in the night. The staff on reception were helpful and it was nice but standards fell short and there were niggles throughout such as room issues, only being allowed one fan,……

“Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far).”
