We had to go to the front desk of the facility who could not help us. We ended up calling Vrbo who had to reach out to our host to get the code. We were left outside standing in the cold at night while we waited. Also, we requested an extended noon check out for an extra 50 but we had both house cleaning and pest control entering...

「I was worried about the view from the first floor, but you could easily see the ocean and sunrise. It was nice having a ground floor for our dog.. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was a nice surprise. The shower was wonderful with great pressure. We had one problem with the coffee maker the first day, but I let Todd know and he replaced it the next day. The pool was amazing beautiful and clean each day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway.」

「The location was very central for St Augustine and only a short drive from the historic town, and walkable for the beach. The communication before our stay was excellent, upon arrival the property was still being clean but wasn't able to reach the property manager instantly both numbers provided went to voicemail. The cleaner contacted us just over a hour after our initial attempt to check in at 3pm, the stated time and we returned. The apartment/condo is very pleasant, it has some nice touches...

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
