"I stayed at Superior Living for 4 nights in April 2024. Overall, this property offers great value for the money. Pros: 1. Convenient location for CSU and downtown. I was able to get around on foot, or using shared bicycles, but it can get isolated if you don't like to walk a fair amount (or have a rental car). 2. Lots of space, including a nice kitchen. 3. Bright and airy room with high ceilings. Areas for improvement 1. I had some difficulty getting into the property, as clear instructions...

"It was one of the cleanest places we've been in a long time. I was suprised how much space was in the rooms, which made it more comfortable. We had three people in our room and didn't feel crowded, even though we set up a camping cot so we didn't have to share beds.
