"Very clean. Very busy - queues for breakfast. I had a little issue with the plumbing in my room, which I think housekeeping should be encouraged to report before customers need to report it. Reasonable value for money for this location. Ideal place for going to a show."

"Our first room was filthy- the ‘cleaning rag’ was even left in the bathroom which turned out to be a dirty pillow case. Was moved to a different room and was told we would have that room for the remainder of our stay. However, was told the next morning we had to move and was left without a room for the day until after 3pm. The put up bed for my 7 year old was not in the room. Took us telling reception 3 times and it was eventually brought to the room at 8:30pm. Very outdated rooms and not as expected. Breakfast also not worth the money. Reception staff unhelpful."

"The Wake Up cabinn Bernstorffsgade was a perfect stay! The hotel location was perfect as per the description. Near Tivoli Gardens, the center metro station, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek art museum. All within a 5-10 min walk. I highly recommend this location for your travel stay."
