“Located in downtown Dubuque Iowa, this is one of the classic hotels that has been a mainstay of the city for decades. It is convenient to many of the restaurants in the business district. There is convenient, free parking adjacent to the hotel with two restaurants Caroline's and the Riverboat in the same building. The Aquarium and Museum are only footsteps away! “Overall, it was a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and the suite was clean, comfortable, and lovely. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was super comfortable. I gave four stars on a few things because the whirlpool tub took several tries to get working and spots needed better cleaned. But outside that tub, everything else was really nice.”
