“Everything was just fantastic! The house is just what we needed for our stay in KY. It had lots of room, was extremely clean, and comfortable. The home has a very cozy feel to it. “This rental was my favorite that I’ve ever visited. I loved the country style. The interior was quite unique, what with the beautifully stained concrete floor, the wooden slats covering portions of the walls and kitchen island, the quaint rocking chair beside the fireplace and splashes of marble adorning areas of the floor and wall. The kitchen was fully equipped. Regardless of the lack of a stove, no cook would be unable to make delicious meals. There was an electric griddle, hot plate,……

“This farmhouse was ideal for us. We needed a place for a wedding weekend with lots of room, and this place was perfect. Four full bedrooms with plenty of other spaces to spread out, all in quiet countryside minutes from Winchester. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend!”

“This property has livestock guardian dogs to guard the goats and other livestock on the farm. They barked from dusk until 1 o'clock am when we packed and left the property. The dogs were right behind the house....no chance of sleep.After we notified the owner we left, for the above reason, she apologized and told us that was not the experience she wanted for her guests and we would receive a full refund. Weeks later we had not received a refund. After inquiring about the delay with the owner we……
