「Everything was just fantastic! The house is just what we needed for our stay in KY. It had lots of room, was extremely clean, and comfortable. The home has a very cozy feel to it. It is extremely well stocked,.... we didn't cook but we could have! Sherry is very accommodating, personable and so very kind! Thanks for making this a really great, memorable vacation Sherry! Thank you for sharing your special place with us. So grateful to have found you and your "happy place"!」

「Franklin Ridge Farms is a wonderful place to stay! The home and property are beautiful! The home is tastefully decorated and so accommodating! There really wasn't anything left to question. Amanda and Bill are quick to respond if there is an issue (which there were none). We all slept comfortably in our own rooms and also enjoyed the amenities on the property. We also got to visit with some of the animals! Overall a very lovely stay and we would highly recommend to other travelers!」
