"Room was clean, but hallways had a strange odor. It was a very comfortable bed and good place to stay for the price. I did not utilize the breakfast. Was very pleased with the covered parking for $10 fee."

"We arrived at the hotel and checked in at the front desk after the designated check-in time. At that point, we were informed that our room would be ready in approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it ended up taking over two and a half hours before our room was available. During this time, the manager acknowledged the inconvenience and stated that compensation would be provided in the form of Hilton Honors points. We were told this could not be processed that day due to how busy the staff was, but that a note would be added to our account and we would be contacted regarding the compensation. After a week passed without any follow-up, we reached out ourselves, only to be told there was no recollection or record of the incident. This has been very disappointing, especially given the inconvenience we experienced and the assurances we were originally given."

"Great stay, right in the heart of the 4th Street live party. Free hot breakfast, free happy hour cocktails. Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful lobby, several elevators. CVS is attached and to the hotel for any last minute needs. Highly recommended."

"The Manchester is a charming curated hotel with a refined but unpretentious aesthetic and vibe. The room was comfortable, considered, and full of character. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive without feeling overly formal. I’d say it has a distinctive southern charm that feels elevated without being contrived."

"There was a leak on the floor by elevator on wing I on third floor. Other than that, room was clean, water pressure was good, non slip tub, staff was nice. A little out dated, but didn't ruin our stay."

"I spent the weekend there and because of my budget I was forced to stay there when my 3 kids. The rooms and very poorly cleaned. My room had a giant hole in the bathroom floor. One of the pillows smelled like armpits. On the last day we found a beer bottle under the sofa chair which you can obviously tell that it wasn’t moved to be cleaned. Apart from this the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. On my second day they had to put a bucket in the hall way to catch dripping water from the ceiling. Again If it wasn’t for my budget I would have left the first night. This is not a place to bring your kids in my opinion. I will give credit to the lady in the front she was very nice and professional. Also the Spanish housekeeping lady as well she was very helpful. It’s not their fault this place is like this."
