「Clean room, could use some modernization. No complaints. Great location! Fair prices.」

「Part of the town lost power, including the part the hotel was in. The staff was unhelpful and lacked communication over what was happening except one text that approximated number of hours there would be no power. So we sat in the dark. There was no offer of anything to try to make guests comfortable. No discount to the room. Nothing. Beyond the power outage, there is only a very small parking lot, around 20 spots total, 4 or 5 saved for electric cars. Nit enough parking so overflow has to park...

「The landscaping around the building was full of weeds.」

「Great location. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. My son and I took the kayaks out for a spin on the river. Close to Harbor Spring, Petoskey and Mackinaw Island. The breakfast was above the typical hotel food station. There is a fire pit overlooking the river along with a barbeque. Very nice place compared to a couple of other hotels on the way back to Montana.」

「I loved walking into the room and noticing how clean everything was. It was also a pleasure being able to adjust the heat a couple of degrees higher with no problems. The breakfast was great, many wonderful options.」

「Great room. Large enough for four to stay.」

「The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing, and we loved our balcony.」

「The hotel was situated within walking distance to the downtown area which was really convenient. We checked in without any problems and staff was very accommodating. The decor in general is lovely, colorful and inviting. My husband used the hot tub and it was very relaxing. Our meals in the restaurant were high quality. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. This would definitely be where we would return to stay again.」
