「Was unable to checkout early. Hotel said I needed to contact Expedia to do that. Expedia bounced me back to the hotel. Was charged for a night I didn't stay.」

「Very new and clean room, big room with high ceilings. They just finished remodel so it's very beautiful hotel with piano in the lobby. Some of the staff were a bit cold. One of them didn't greeting me when I was checking and saying hi to her. She was just looking at the monitor and doing her stuff without looking at me and saying hi back. Hotel itself is very good and up to Hilton standard. Breakfast is very simple without hot food, but it's fine with me.」

「Every time I left my room in the hallway it was a musty smell like the AC was not cool enough, also when I went into my room the AC was not on at all.」

「older hotel, slightly unkept, Breakfast was minimal but the staff was amazing hosting our softball team. Although some rooms didn’t have working AC units or missing microwave or refrigerators」

「A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!」
