「Great small space for 1-2 people. Efficient design makes good use of former garage space. If you can handle moving furniture around to suit you/being creative about your unpacking, it's so worth it. (Ladder up to loft bed is not for the faint of heart, though.) Lovely patio with ample furniture, private fenced yard. Nearby Tennyson St restaurants and a bus line that gets you to Coors Field.
