“The neighborhood was perfect for me. I’d like to book the same property again because of the location.The only problem was checking in. The address was wrong and if I wasn’t raised in that part of Chicago I would have been very confused.Plus I checked in late at night. It wasn’t an easy process. Next time it will be diffeeent.”

“The entry lock was an adventure. You had to keep pulling the key slightly in and out and turn and pray. It is an old building and the floors sag. There were about 4 place settings of stainless(mismatched). The hot and cold faucets in the shower are loose and you have to turn and turn to get cold water. The pillows were too hard and the beds were a mattress and platform, no boxspring. There is no top sheet. My husband got a splinter walking across the wood floor. There were no temperature……

“Great location. We drove in, but the Brown line is within a ten minute walk. At present there is no permit parking (Yay!), so we were able to park for free down the street, but there are some limitations M-F, 8am-4pm at the far end of the street. The apartment was clean and as described. Heat was radiator. I didn’t see A/C but we didn’t need it in the winter. The bed was a king and very comfortable. Nightstands had lamps with USB ports for charging phones if you had a cable. Closets a had few……

“My young children, my sister, and I stayed here for a few nights. This is the lower level apartment of a house. Getting in was easy with a code. The space was clean and comfortable, the furnace worked well, the kitchen was small but well-stocked for the size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was good and everything worked well, creating a smooth, drama-free stay. Location was excellent, in a very safe neighborhood and in pretty close……

“Very nice house and very clean. Beds and bedding were rather low quality and bathroom is extremely small. ”

“Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room. ”
