“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

The location was PERFECT for all things Universal, and also easy to get to the Disney properties too. It’s across the street from Pirates Adventure, so check that out for some fun. I will note that the Pizza Hut in the pictures is no longer there, but there is one a few blocks away - we walked there just fine. Also, the laundry is coin operated. “Very nice condo and smooth renting process from start to finish. The owner was communicative ahead of time and during our stay when needed. The floors of this condo are so pretty too, they’re big tiles that are smoothly connected. Master bedroom king was very comfortable, it seemed like a medium firmness which is unusual for rental condos - I think they’re always too soft and squishy. Great water pressure in the master shower but it is not built for tall people. I am 5’8 and my husband is 6’4……

“Check in was a breeze as always. Simple directions to actual building location. Pool is amazing, hot tub just as amazing. Astaff is very inviting and cordial with all guests. Even owners of condos on site are welcoming. Ive been visiting orlando yearly for the past 5 or 6 years and ive never stayed at any other reaort. Windsor hills has amazing apts, clean, spaciois, and themes are great. I wont stay anywhere else when i bring my family to orlando. Just need to accept pets and id come more ”
