Great Stay

Very clean spacious and good spot to have a friends trip for a couple days. The room with the bunk beds the mattresses were a little worn out but other than that a great place to stay.

Very Nice Townhome

The property was very spacious and clean. The management was very easy to work with and was able to answer all questions before and while staying at the property. I only downfall is I wish that they had TV's in all the bedrooms. Other than that... very nice experience.

Nice location

This home was in a great location mid-Ocean City near many amenities. Loved that a all-you-can-eat buffet, ice cream place, minature golf (both indoor and outdoor) and some shops were all within walking distance. It was an easy walk to the beach and the home overall met our needs, especially with the availability of 3 parking spaces. Sadly, you can tell that the home is rented as there were stains in the carpet in the bunk bed room; a towel rack was barely attached to the wall half ripped out from what looked like a person, possibly drunk, using it to hold themself up when utilizing bathroom; and it looked like someone took aggression out on the trashcan with it severely dented. The main bedroom on the top floor also had the crappiest mattress. It caved into the center significantly and was very uncomfortable to lay on.

A little disappointed

This house is in a great location. It’s only a block and a half to the beach. Another positive is that we were able to use all three showers at the same time and still had hot water. I’m giving it a 3 out of five because it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There’s mold in the master bathroom shower upstairs. Other areas haven’t been wiped down in a while (baseboards, door jambs) If I could share the pics I would. WiFi was not working. Two tvs did not work They finally got Xfinity to come out on day 3 but nothing was fixed. Several texts about complaints were answered with “We’re sorry about this.” Also the picture shows 8 chairs at the dining room table however there were only 6. There is a bistro table and bar stools though.

Good but with a few issues

Our stay at broad marsh was nice in that there was a lot of room, a fairly big kitchen, and lots of areas for activities. However, many things were not done to prepare for our visit. The water wasn’t on, the heater had been turned off, and many of the amenities that were assured to be open were not. There was also a lack of many of the products that were promised, like soaps, toilet paper and paper towels that we had to purchase ourselves. The washer smelled terrible and even after we tried to clean it ourselves clothes that came out smelled awful. Many of the kitchen appliances like the coffee maker and electric whisker were so outdated they were essentially unusable. Lastly the communication from Vacasa was sparse, and messages sent often resulted in figure it out yourself. There was no clear instruction for what to do with trash, the linens, or anything really when it came time to clean up. Even the maintenance staff tasked with getting us hot water wasn’t the normal maintenance assigned to the building so they couldn’t tell me where the breaker box was in to get it started. It became clear very early on that while they offer these places in the off season they don’t prepare them as well as I assume they do in the summer months.

Our1st bad stay in 10 years.

The day we checked in the condo hadn't been clean floors hadn't been swept, the carpet in the living room had dried up grapes on it so the carpets hadn't been vacuumed, the garage wasn't clean, the frig hadn't been wiped down inside nor the outside the 1 guest bedroom had sex stains on the comforter and it took us a day and a half to finally to get the condo properly clean and sanitized and get all bedding changed for clean sheets and comforters. It's a shame we had to deal get our place cleaned properly instead of enjoying OC Bike Week. Beside that the location is great, nice neighborhood close to eateries, vendors and entertainment. We were totally disappointed with our stay.

Excellent Location but beware

We stayed next door last year and had a very positive experience. This year was somewhat disappointing. We checked in at 4 to find the cleaning crew still working. We asked at check-in if the condo was ready and their response was positive. The cleaners were still making beds and cleaning which was not completed. That was the beginning. The beds were not good. The room with the bunk and single beds was awful. My 14 year old granddaughter slept on the top bunk but my 22 year old granddaughter ended up on the couch. No coffee mugs, only tea cups, only one glass wine glass. We were charged fees from both VRBO and Vascasa although we thought we booked through VRBO. I don't recommend this property and will be very careful when booking in the future.

Beyond dirty

I understand that there is a staffing shortage but this condo was filthy. Trash under all the beds, even food wrappers, and glasses filled with beer and the showers and carpeting were gross. This place needed a deep clean before being rented to anyone else!!

Good place to stay in OC for families.

The online description was very accurate. Mary, the property manager, was very helpful for check in and any questions we had. We had enough room for two families of four (8 people total). Wifi is suitable for working remotely. Walking distance to the beach, parking for 2 cars, space to keep beach gear, etc. Didn't hear neighbors and had enough privacy. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillows in addition to your towels and bedding. The beds and shower/hot water are good, but not nice hotel quality.

Overall the townhouse was very nice. Very spacious. 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was really nice. Its only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Alot of nice restaurants and activities within walking distance. The only downside was ALL the beds in each bedroom. They were all very uncomfortable. Every morning, my family said they didnt sleep well. We even had a few times people would sleep on the couch or floor just to avoid the beds. And we were all a little bummed the pool wasn't open during our stay. I have a 2 year old niece that doesn't like the beach but loves pools. (Understandable its closed from Covid)

Almost Perfect

This is a nice, contemporary townhouse that's just a short walk to the beach. We had 8 people (two families) and never felt cramped. The neighborhood was much quieter than the boardwalk area, and I'd definitely want to be in this area (near Sunset Island) in the future. My only complaint is that each of the box springs in the three bedrooms with Queen beds squeaks terribly and should be replaced. Every slight movement led to loud creaking. My wife and I ended up putting the box spring in the closet during our stay and placing the mattress on the floor. We talked to someone staying at the unit next to ours who was an owner and she told us the people who own the unit we stayed in don't actually stay there, which explains why the box springs haven't been replaced yet.

Home was large enough for 4 adult and 5 teens. Washer did not work and repairman was unable to come until after our stay. Overall satisfied with the property. Our contact person Mary was amazing, she always replied asap anytime I had a question.

Nicely appointed with plenty of space - but twin beds need to be replaced . Cannot use that space

Overall a nice place. Appreciate that there are 4 bedrooms with 3/4 rooms having large beds. However, the room with the twin beds had terrible mattresses on both the main bed and bunk beds. Beds lumpy with bad springs and made a ton of noise when you shifted your weight. Unsuitable and the guest had to make pallets on the floor as the only option. Twin beds should be replaced immediately before anyone else rents. Also too close to the road if renting during car show week. Other weeks should be better. Close to stores and overall good location for a one block walk to the beach.
