First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. “It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. The green environs are a treat as well as access to a beach. The views from the balcony of the hill sides are breathtaking especially in the morning. There were a couple spots within the apartment in need of attention, but if these were addressed, I'd easily rate this as a 5-star experience. The location is ideal. We were in close proximity……

“I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
