「I absolutely loved my stay. However, on Friday evening they played the same disco song on repeat for hours and hours. I didn’t complain but surprised no one did. Still, highly recommend!」

「The Staff were fantastic - couldn't be more helpful. Room was ok, very clean, and had a good night's rest. Lovely meal and had a nice wander around the village. Very convenient off the A303 for a break on our trip to Cornwall. Highly recommend.」

「Excellent. Nothing bad to report about this hotel. Very clean and spacious room and nice, comfortable bed. There is a huge car park and one EV charging point (un-tethered) which I didn't use on this occasion. Can't report on the restaurant as we didn't eat there.」

「Lovely hotel full of character just over the road from the station. Big rooms have high ceilings . The bedroom was large and had a comfortable bed and a lovely big shower Breakfast was really tasty , Staff were very helpful I'm looking forward to my next visit .」

「If you want a break away from the hustle this is the perfect tonic. Staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. An idyllic setting, walk down to the pebble beach or use this as a base to drive to the nearby places and come back and enjoy the wonderful food/drinks in the spacious gardens. Thank you!」

「Very friendly, both at check in and at breakfast. As I had a single room, it was lovely to be able to sit for a while in the gardens & residents lounge. Parking on site was a real bonus. The property is in a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front」

「A beautiful pub with stunning garden and setting, great food and beer selection. Staff are really helpful and attentive. Rooms are a little old but still very comfy and have everything you need. I stayed for business in the area but a great place for a holiday stop as well! 」
