“This was the perfect cottage for our friends getaway. The cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated and exceeded our expectations. Kevin and Dana are wonderful hosts. They made the check-in seamless and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for visiting the Greek community, and most things within walking distance. The area, the cottage, our vacation was perfect.”

“Location was amazing. Cottage was perfect. Rode bikes everyday on the Pinellas Trail. Walked downtown. Nice restaurants too! Loved Dunedin ”

“Very nice spot, can walk to everything in Dunedin.. breweries, food, festivals, marina... It doesn't have a range but it there is an excellent grill with a double side burner for reheating leftovers. Mattress was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather.
