「The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and accommodated gluten free options. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「The rooms are spacious, clean and for me a proper height shower, at 6’7 I didn’t need to bend down. Location is good, close to town and John has been excellent host. The outdoor gazebo had a bbq, a griddle and even a pizza oven and ninja air fryer.」

「Property has deteriorated significantly and needs lots of repairs. We have travelled to this location for many years but this is the last time we book here. Renovations are needed everywhere and not worth the high cost of each night. Breakfast was very very limited. There used to be better selection and now there isn’t much to choose from specially if you don’t eat pork. I would suggest bringing pastries and yogurt as an additional option. The worst is it feels like there such a limited amount...

「The hotel was located just a few minutes from the beach which was very convenient. The hotel itself did show its age. The hotel ran out of towels for the outdoor pool and also no towels for the hot tub. As far as the free breakfast don’t expect too much. Only thing I enjoyed was the waffle maker.」

「All of the staff were incredibly nice. The rooms were older, but clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas were well maintained and a great place to hang out. We loved the pool and the yard games. I would definitely recommend this motel!」

「Room with pool view was very dark and small. Air conditioner sounds like lawnmower. Loud and noisy. We couldn’t sleep with it on right by the bedside. Luckily it’s not too hot at night. If you have to stay here, better get a mountain view room with bright windows instead. Breakfast is continental no fruit except bananas. Receptionist Philip was very nice. Definitely not worth $350 at all.」

「Just a wonderful view of the lake in Osooyos. Absolutely spotless room and I love the location is out of the main area of town and you’re overlooking grapevines then the lake and cross is a large mountain. Beautiful.」

「Room was neat and tidy, bed was comfortable, bed linens were clean, fridge was in working order. Bathroom plugin did not work unless light was turned on, so we could not use night light in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly at checkin and air conditioner did work 」

「The front of the property was dated but inviting. Our room was to the rear of the property and door to our room was unkempt and uninviting. The room itself was as pictured, however the tan and yellow colours were created from age old furnishings, rugs and drapery. The fragrance in the room was that of an age old smoking room. On the positive the sheets and pillowcases were clean, as was the room. Staff offered a different room which we looked at however we decided not to stay」
