A couple things to consider if you have smaller children with you. The patio was great but the flooring had open holes and is uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. Had minor difficulty finding parking garage but owner quickly responded to my question. Great to have parking included. Garage was about 3-4 blocks away, easily walkable. "Liked the look and the layout. Halloween party into the early morning behind the property. Don’t go near a holiday like Halloween. Paid parking is inconvenient and not monitored. Car beside ours was broken into overnight. At least one king sized bed would be great and a non-fabrics couch as well would be good for cleanliness purposes. My wife would have appreciated blackout curtains. Very nice place overall and would recommend it. "
