「I booked Hotel El Convento for an after cruise stay for my husband, myself, my two adult kids and their spouses and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff couldn’t wait to help us with all of our travel needs and our stay here was the highlight of a two week 50th anniversary celebration! There may be closer hotels to the pier, but this was an experience in itself. 」

「a lot of attention to detail. They'd tidy up our room right after we left the room in the morning and then would tidy it up again when we went out for dinner, so that our beds were ready and all garbage was taken out at night too. we asked for extra towels and we received them within 4 mins. 」

「The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. 」
