“I booked nego home but the hotel is actually closed but no one informed you until u arrived. Thoe owner told u was full and transferred u to another nego ancient hotel, that waste me lots of time, I booked one and double 3 ppl room and when i came to hotel, he needs me to give hime the booking in order to proof or give additional 400b in order to sleep. That is at the 2 am in the morning. What the hell.”
