When you've had enough sun, check out the garage-turned-games-room! It's got awesome Star Wars theme wall decals, am amazing mural, and cool mood lighting. We've packed this space full of family favourites like billiards, foosball, and table tennis. Plus, there's a big screen TV and comfy bean bag seating.
Step inside the home to see the spacious open concept living space design. There's plenty of space for everyone around the large wall mounted smart TV, with high speed internet connection of course! And wait until you see the kitchen! We're talking loads of cupboard room, stainless steel appliances, endless countertop space, and fantastic kitchen island! We've got not one, but two full sized fridge/freezer combo units, plus two large capacity dishwashers to handle all the clean up. Plus, you can add BBQ to your menu, thanks to the outdoor grill.
The amenities continue upstairs, with the movie room! Perfect for settling down after a long day at the theme parks, we've got a giant projection screen and loads of plush comfy seating. Did somebody say popcorn?!
Even bedtime will be snap when the kids see the cool theme rooms. Decorated with themes from Harry Potter, Toy Story and Mickey Mouse, each of the children's rooms has a smart TV and sleeping space for at least 2 kids (the Toy Story room has double bunk bed).

Parking:
• Up to 3 vehicles can park in the driveway. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.
Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, commercial vehicle, U-Hauls, etc).
Resort Access:
• You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round
The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.
Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry to the pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. House Rules:
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.
5 . Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
Notice: Bellavida – Community Updates. Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors. The gym will be closed for renovations on March 18 and 19, and will reopen at 9:00 AM on March 20.
Update from the Bellavida Community:
The parking lot near La Fuentes is strictly closed due to ongoing stormwater repairs near the lake and Stella. Vehicles found in the restricted area will be towed and relocated to the adjacent lot. Guests are reminded not to move cones marking hazardous work zones and to always check signage before parking to avoid relocation.
