Nice property but not as promised

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked 7 nights for our family of 8 (2 adults and 6 kids) via Verbo. Got to the property Sunday afternoon, the house wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. Contact management and after about an hour we been sent to a different property about 2 miles away. The alternative house was brand new but it was 5 bedrooms instead of 6, without a spa and no game room for the kids. Contact management again and ask to return to the original property after it’s clean. We finally got a call back from management on Wednesday afternoon telling us that the original property is ready and we can move back. We asked for someone to help us move (my husband had to go back home for 2 day) and been told that they can’t help with that.
