Great House

Great house for families with kids, great water park. Nice kitchen with lots of coffee makers LOL. We had a great family time in the house.

Location location location

Property is well located with easy access to our favorite Disney parks! The management company was swift to provide a solution for our issue to arrive there on time due to the long weekend traffic. Access to the resort was easy. Management was prompt to resolve an internet issue the morning following our arrival. Generally, the house has good space. We thought it was a 5/5 bed, bathroom, but it’s really 5/4. Overall, we felt the house could have been cleaner. We found lots of maggots inside the house and were not able to figure out how they come into the house. All in all, the experience was good. However, it could have been extraordinary with some extra effort! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your property!

Bad experience!

We did not have the best experience with this vacation home. It started off with the home next door threw away turkey from thanksgiving in garbage can and rotting away with maggots all over the can. The cans are kept adjacent to the home’s entrance. It was still in there after Christmas when we arrived. More than a month! The smell was horrible and lingered for days inside the home. A home two doors down played music loud for three days straight. Young kids party! We complained to management but it never stopped. Would never rent again. Home was very nice and clean. But don’t think you can cook there since there’s nothing to cook with not even a salt shaker! Nothing! Zero! How can u rent a home for large parties and have small pots n pans.
