5:00am Towing surprise!!!!

This was a bipolar 1 night stay! Accommodations were beautiful. However, a 5am awakening of my truck being towed ruined everything; needless to say the $125 IN CASH to have them drop my truck. No signs that your tires can't be on the sidewalk for more than 4 hours, no sign in the unit warning you and no warning in the rental agreement that they tow you. Plus, no reimbursement from the owner or even an apology after attempts via text and email. Ghosted me. Master bathroom door handle needs fixed & no towels in 1/2 bath but very nice gated community. We had to text the owner at 9pm to get access to the gate and a code to enter the unit. He also sent 2 emails, after we paid, saying that we hadn't paid and had a much higher bill then what we paid. weird!! I would stay in the community again but not with this owner.
