The kids absolutely loved this house! Game room was a hit. The water park and grille were great and we stayed a good 5 hours there. Definitely will recommend to others and will definitely be back.

The house was just as the pictures show - very clean and the kids' rooms and game room were very fun. It had everything we needed (except a corkscrew). There was sometimes a long line to check in, but if already checked in you can use the bypass lane. I had two serious issues unresolved by local Vacasa support - very disappointing.

We all enjoyed our stay in this adorable home! The themed kids rooms are so much fun for the kiddos! A slide in each room was a super hit with the kids. The game room is great and everything was working properly. We were concerned, from previous reviews, but we had no issues with any of the games. Having our own private pool & spa was a huge plus! Home has a lot of room for everyone, tv's everywhere & a well stocked kitchen. We had more then enough towels and found the mini soaps, shampoos & conditioners useful. Highly Recommend!

This home was clean and well stocked. The arcade room was a huge bonus! I'm not sure who had more fun, the kids or the adults. With the added resort amenities that are included, we never felt the need to leave the community all weekend. Communication with Vacasa throughout the process was easy and timely. We also loved the fact that we could bring our dog with us since the home is pet friendly and didn't have to leave her behind. The community has sidewalks and grassy areas so it was easy to walk her. Would definitely recommend!

Game room door is missing screws and hard to close, edge on last step is flimsy, fridge never got cold which lead to us getting food poising, larger parking should be considered beings the house holds 20 people, water doesn’t get anything but warm so cold showers are a great way to start the day, entrance to the property is a joke. Kept us outside of the gate after 12AM due to names not on the list for house. Property management said it was. Guard & management went back and fourth before ending up letting us inside cause they felt bad for our 7 kids. Beds slept GREAT!

We really enjoyed this location, and the resort was amazing! After needing to add a third vehicle, there was no contact from the owner. The resort was responsive and helpful but all pass releases must be from the owner. After 3 days we never did receive a third pass which by their policy is 24 hours according to the owner. When you check in at the gate the staff stated it takes 5 minutes for approval. This was extremely frustrating because we had to park the vehicle on the outside and make multiple trips back and forth. We were worried that the car would be towed in one of the outside parking lots which was a lingering concern we had every night. Not worth the stress!
