Sunny Villa is the perfect home rental for families who desire their “own” space from time to time yet want togetherness too!! It was the perfect set up for us!! Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, pool area wonderful, location can’t be beat!!! Game room was so much fun! Very responsive hosts! You will love your stay at this beautiful home!

This place was perfect for our two families to stay in while we were busy with Disney Parks all day. The pool was perfect for our rest days. There was plenty of space for our 4 adults/4 children. Thank you for a great experience!

Great Location and Beautiful House!
We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary and this was the perfect place to stay at. Close to everything, game room at the house and we loved the Club House which was only a short walk away. We would stay again!

Great family spot, close to it all
My family of 6 (including my mother and three children, ages 6-14) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was a big hit with the kids - well worth the additional cost to heat it in January - and we had plenty of room to relax, play games, or enjoy the air hockey and pool tables. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Home is located very close to Disney and convenience to Universal. We had a great time and would return in a heartbeat!

Great location
There were 6 of us who stayed at Sid & Carey’s spacious and lovely house. We loved that each couple had our own bathroom. And the pool was enjoyable. We also appreciated having laundry available. The house is in a beautiful gated community in a great Orlando location. Sid & Carey are great hosts, and responds almost immediately. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Only one SNAFU
At the gate, only one name of 3 were registered. Had to call peoperty mgmt at 11PM for correction. After 22 hours of travel, that was a major inconvenience when I had confirmation of all registeted drivers. Otherswise a great stay.
