Cancel reservation

We revived an email from bears den 20 min before arrived check in saying they cancelled our reservations and had moved us to another location which was totally not up to our standards and nothing like what we reserved . The cable in the new in home did not work in three of the bedrooms which we had 7 families with us . It was a huge price difference from what we reserved and we got and we have not still received our money back. Was not happy. My family and I made the best of it because most of them came by plane..
