Great house in a great location

We rented this house for 16 days, a family of 11 (parents, sons, daughters-in-law and granddaughter). The house was very homy, well designed and equipped to meet all of our different needs, 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, several good sit-down-and-chat areas (and TVs for those that wanted that), play-room and a great swimming pool. No matter where we went, everything seemed to be around 20 minutes away. Prior to arriving we got a great and detailed information package from the owner and during our stay we contacted the owner a few times and all communication was very good and friendly. I highly recommend this property, we felt very welcomed and really enjoyed ourselves in the house.

Wonderland 5 stars again

Second year at Wonderland is another winner, and we will want a third. This house has everything we want - lots of bedrooms and baths, wonderful pool and lanai, Big kitchen, dining and storage, game room (!!) and very close to the parks.

Great For Disney Trip!

This house was large enough for the whole group to spread out (4 adults and 3 kids). Kids loved the game room and the Alice in Wonderland room was a big hit!

My kids only disappointment was that they had to go to the parks too much because they LOVED the game room at the house. Suspect this will be a core memory. Thank you.

Wonderland

The house was great! It was clean, comfortable and convenient to Disney parks , restaurants and stores including a Walmart within 5 min. The community pool was very nice to play in for our grandchildren. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Florida family vacation

The propert was perfect for the ten of us. We ended up leaving due to the upcoming Hurricane but the house was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the game room spectacular and the pool was amazing. We hope to come back to Wonderland sometime again. The owner was quick to respond with questions and sent my grandsons iPod back when he left it.

Wonderland review

We had a fantastic time at the wonderland house. It was a beautiful home with lots of room and amenities. The host was amazing and was always in contact with us. I can’t wait to spend another week here next year. I highly recommend Wonderland to everyone.

Fantastic Multi-Generational Family Trip

We make an annual retreat to Windsor Hills and have made Wonderland our home away from home for our four generation family vacation. From our youngest child to our oldest grandparent this home is perfect. Location, amenities, comfort, upkeep, and convenience. It checks every box.

Spacious accommodations just minutes from Disney.

With six bedrooms, a large livingroom, and a great play room with video games, we were very happy with our stay at Windsor Hills. Communication was fantastic with a great overview package before we arrived, and always a quick response for any questions we had. Very clean. We highly recommend this property.

Just the right fit.

This was a very well maintained and lovely home with an ideal location. Its nice being close to the parks, but in the comforts of a house, with its own pool, excellent game room, and plenty of commonly used household items. The washer and dryer were a life saver. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Wonderful property!

This house is amazing and has everything for a great family stay! The game room is unique and has something for everyone, including skee ball!! The pool was clean and warm, the hot tub was nice. We preferred the private pool over the resort pool because the resort pool, slides were freezing cold. The beds we’re comfortable. We only had 7 staying but house could easily fit more! Thank you!

Wonderful home!

The house is as it appeared in photos. The beds are extremely comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud. Everything was clean and the kitchen had fabulous selection of pots and pans to use. And kids enjoyed the game room, especially the driving arcade games and the Skee-ball! This house did not disappoint! We would definitely stay again and recommend highly. Everyone enjoyed themselves and there was something for every age to do.

Everything was top notch, highly recommend. Walmart across the street, Disney 5 minutes away. Only thing I could say heated pool wasn’t very warm until end of stay and beds could use a thin blanket, nothing but sheet and comforter. Sheet to thin and comforter too hot. Overall Excellent

Perfect Vacation House Rental

From pre-check in communication to the property owner (Kristy) to check out it was better than perfect. I've never experienced such satisfaction on a vacation. We took our kids and our grandchildren (ages 5 and three year old twins) on a Disney getaway and all nine of us had a great time. Windsor Hills gated community was excellent and has a beautiful community pool but the home we stayed in has a wonderful Lanai so we stayed put. Disney Parks were literally 8-10 minutes from the house and a Super Walmart/ Starbucks/Restaurants literally two minutes down the road. The Garage game room is fantastic and the kids are still missing their Disney themed bedrooms! Would stay there again in a heartbeat (and as I type this already talking to family on dates for next year!)

Magical Holiday

We have just returned from a fabulous two weeks in Orlando. We wanted to stay on a resort close by the parks etc that had great amenities and of a high standard, Windsor Hill's did not disappoint. When we looked for a villa on the complex Kristy’s villas came up and we chose Wonderland from her website. Wonderland was an amazing home decorated tastefully and had all the amenities we needed. It was definitely home from home. All mod cons. The kids loved the pirate room and the Alice in wonderland room and especially the fully equipped games room. The pool was a great size and a comfortable temperature. Any small issues we had Kristy dealt with very fast, we were super impressed. We will definitely be staying in this villa again or one of Kristys other villas next time we visit Orlando.

Great property perfect for kids of all ages!

We stayed in the Womderlahd house for 7 nights with 4 adults and 5 kids (3 two years and younger). It had everything we needed and then some! We could rest easy knowing the kids could not get outside to the pool without an adult with the safety lock and alarm and the front door has a hotel style lock also keeping anyone from letting themself out. The game room kept all the kids busy playing together at their own level during the downtime. The community is in a perfect location close to Disney and major attractions. Added bonus was the splash pad a few blocks away. The best part was Kristy! Thank you so much for being responsive, helpful, and providing an unforgettable vacation for our family. Next time we return we will definitely book with ABC properties! With 6 houses to choose from you get a unique experience every time. Highly recommend!!!
