Great property

Home was clean and the landscaper cut lawn and took out garbage.The pool guy came and cleaned the pool.Game room was fun and overall a very good experience.The yard was good for the dogs and neighborhood was quiet.Publix was very close.

Great for Disney/Universal

Stayed here for Disney/ Universal trip over Presidents’ Day weekend… literally only slept here as we were at one park or another from morning til late at night… beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. Property is in safe neighborhood and well maintained. One bath shower didn’t drain so I fixed it but other than that it served its purpose.

Needs more work

Property was clean and appliances and mechanicals seemed newer. Tub had peeling ceramic finish so we needed to buy a mat to cover the sharp edges. Couldn’t enjoy the pool because the water was too cold. Evidently there was an option to heat for a few but buried somewhere in website. Also buried was VRBO fee which surprised us.

Good value for our money

House was nice. Had a couple minor things that didn't work. Dining room is very dark and ceiling fan only worked the first day. The home has grille tools and no grille. It would have been great to have a grille. Neighborhood is a little less than desirable. Overall we had a good stay

Master bedroom blinds need to be changed

The blinds to the master bedroom were broken to the point where people could see inside of the master bedroom. I had to put up towels on the blinds to have some privacy while showering and sleeping. The master bedroom is directly facing the street and people can see right into the bedroom when you drive. The door lock is also not efficient to use. Vicasa will tell you to put in the code and turn the knob clockwise., but in reality, the door will only open if you turn the key knob, counterclockwise right after putting in the code quickly. Overall, a very great stay.. also, the towel rod to the guest room. Bathroom is broken and missing.

Average rental- could be better

Positives-nice pool, value for size of property, clean, & privacy of back patio/ screen room. Negatives- front door lock was confusing and no written instructions how to lock it, cheap sheets ( honestly felt like hospital sheets), bedrooms need darker window coverings due to bright morning sun, hot water in main shower took at least 5 minutes to be “ warm”, game room in garage was hot due to no AC or fan, no tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels, cheap/ thin toilet paper, and no hand soap. A few little things could have made it better , such as better quality sheets and supplies. Also, on the Saturday we were there, a tree trimming company came and spent over an hour cutting all the trees. They had us move our car to the street. This should not have been scheduled when there were guests in the home.
