Poor communication

I would like to start by saying the property was beautiful. When we arrived, the downstairs bathroom was not working. Sent a message over to staff after arrival and was charged a $90 fee for a plumber to come out that next day. I was told that everything was working properly before my arrival which was not true. Not only was there a non working toilet but the sink in the main bathroom seemed to be backed up as well. I reached back out about the charge and it’s been silence ever since. I can understand if this problem was a fault of our own because I would not mind paying, but to receive a charge for something previously doneAND not have anyone to come fix it while we were there is ridiculous.

Excellent house

Beautiful home. Enough space for my entire family. Kids enjoyed the game room. Only thing I would suggest are the locks . Bathrooms and bedrooms did not lock. Locks on the front door and sliding doors seemed iffy and weak. But overall nice, comfy home.

Loved loved the house I would rent it again

Loved that it was clean. Pool was awesome. Close to Disney parks and souvenirs shops . Only down thing was parking in the house other then that it was awesome

Casa espaçosa e agradável porém com algumas coisas a serem melhoradas.

A casa é muito boa, espaçosa e ampla, bem decorada e confortável. Bem localizada, próximo a Target, Marshals e outras lojas. Porém a casa peca em alguns aspectos que sitarei abaixo. A pessoa responsável pelo contato através do app (que se chama Marcele) demora muito a responder e as vezes não responde as mensagens, nos sentimos perdidos algumas vezes sem o retorno dela. A limpeza da casa é bem precária com rodapés e alguns móveis empoeirados demais e notamos que muitas áreas claramentes não foram limpas e outras não são limpas há muito tempo (como o batente da janela da escada, por exemplo). A cozinha é bem espaçosa mas não é muito bem equipada. Sentimos faltas de alguns utensílios e falamos com o rapaz responsável pela casa, que prontamente nos atendeu e providenciou algumas das nossas solicitações. Sentimos falta também de panos de prato e panos de limpeza (tivemos que comprar). Fomos muito bem atendidos por ele. O aquecimento da piscina nao estava funcionando nos dois primeiros dias, porém ele enviou alguém para consertar e a partir do terceiro dia tivemos a piscina aquecida. Também mostramos a ele algumas coisas quebradas na casa como cadeira, armario da cozinha, puxador da geladeira, entre outras coisas. Tiramos foto também para provar que não fomos nós e que as coisas já se encontravam quebradas quando chegamos. Ele, mais uma vez, foi muito atencioso e solícito. Um ponto muito positivo é que todas as televisões são Smart TV, o que facilitou demais a nossa estadia. Enfim, tivemos um tempo muito agradavel e esperamos que os administradores possam melhorar os pontos citados acima para que possamos retornar pois adoramos a casa e a localização.

ANOTHER ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE

The property was very nice. The gameroom was excellent, the grandchildren really enjoyed it, so did I it kept them entertained (relief, peace of mind for me and their parents.) The bedrooms are very spacious. The only thing is that the complex is too far from everything. Thanks for the stay.

Family Vacation. 😊

We love our staying, it have everything we need it. Spaces where excellent, lots of space and everything super clean exactly as pictures. Suggestions: Update on the code to the gate, add a trash can for pool area, rug to keed floor dried when people enter the house to use bathroom.
