Love Terra Verde - Mediocre Property

The house is fine, dated but clean enough. However, the main purpose for us booking this was to have a private pool and this is where the let down was. We paid for a heated pool and it was broke/not heated for the first 24 hours of our stay and we have not been refunded for it. In addition the pool and the surrounding area was full of leaves and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There is a roof screen missing in the lanai. The pool level was low and there is minimal furniture to sit outside around the pool. We love the Terra Verde resort, but if you’re looking for a better stay with a private pool try a different property. Also, I would send messages/questions to the property manager and they wouldn’t respond to my message but instead send a pre generated message about the stay.
