Annual Disney getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly like the pictures. My kids enjoyed playing in the Mario room and sleeping like princesses in the princess room. There is plenty of room to spread out with a large family or friends.

Pool/Heat not working

When we first arrived we noticed the home was not as clean as it should be especially for the cleaning fee they charge, the dishes they used as decor for the counter tops were dirty and had dried food stuck on them, the baseboards all around were dusty and dirty, the floors had not been mopped. The pool was a little green so we reached out to the “host” and we were told he was sending someone and a few hours later two guys showed up and told us the pump was leaking and we were told someone else was on the way, 8 hours goes by and someone else finally shows up after 9pm after us being told he was on his way several hours prior, that guy gets there and he is an A/C guy and he can’t do anything so they are sending someone else who shows up after 11pm and turns the pump on manually. The heat never worked, the pool was green and cloudy all weekend, the host stopped replying. The slide in the Mario Cart room is not for anyone but small toddlers and it’s cheap quality. The pool slide is not bolted down to the ground properly so when you go down the whole slide lifts up, so that’s unsafe. The host promised to make it up to us and still has yet to refund the heat fee or provide any compensation for not being able to use the pool. This was the worst rental home experience. The price they charge should definitely have had a clean house and a working pool. I would never stay at this property or any other property they handle.

Great location , Beautiful house

Easily should be 5 star rating, the only issue was heated pool and "hot tub " was not heating and communications with the property manager stopped over the weekend. Everything else couldn't have been better for our family!

The Perfect Place

This property is exactly like the pictures!!!! This was everything and more!!! It was close to all shopping places and restaurants you could think of the property manager was very good with communication and accommodating us I would recommend and stay here again!! Thank you so much
