This is a non-smoking residence. Guests are responsible for the safety of both children and adults in the pool area, which is private and equipped with a safety mesh. If you wish to heat the pool, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your check-in.
There is an additional charge for pool heating, of 150$ +30/per day after stays of 2 days. The private pool measures 15x10 feet and has a depth of 4 feet, and it can be heated to a maximum temperature of 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
For families with young children, we are pleased to offer complimentary Pack'n'Plays and high chairs with prior notice. Please note that we do not provide toys, so kindly bring your own. If you require cribs, you can arrange for delivery through otterequipmentcom directly to our property during your stay.
If you're looking to savor the flavors of outdoor grilling, we offer the option to use our BBQ grill. The fee for the grill is $30, and if you require propane, there is an additional charge of $30, plus the value of the propane tank.
