Family getaway

The house was perfect for getting together with our family. The house had enough space & a big kitchen was a plus. We had an amazing time at the pool. The clubhouse was lots of fun. We enjoyed the lazy river. We had a blast playing pool & foosball. The house had plenty of towels. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful property

The house was a perfect size for our group and had all the things we needed for our visit. We did have a bit of an issue with the pool but the owners took care of it immediately. They were fantastic from the beginning through check out. The only comment i can make is that there were some maintenance items that needed to be done. But that is to be expected given the fact it is a rental and has lots of traffic going through it. I loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed it as did my family.

We made the best of it :(

To start, the house and location is nice. The host did a fantastic job communicating back and forth in a timely manner during our stay; however, the house was NOT clean by any means. Our check in was delayed almost an hour because the cleaning crew was still there. When we arrived, they haven't even begun to clean the bottom level. Unfortunately, not only did this delay cause us to push dinner plans back, we also had to go to the grocery store to buy cleaning items because there were still gross "things" on the toilet, bedding was soiled including pillows, cigarette ashes in the outside tables, and carpet had vomit stains. To top things off, there was a men's underwear and socks found in between the couch cushions!!! We were looking for the remote if you're wondering how we found it. Overall, we had to make the best of it. Again, the home owner and host were good - BUT THEY NEED A BETTER AND NEW CLEANING CREW! I requested a refund of the pool heating fee or some add'l compensation and no credits have been received. That was two weeks ago.

Disappointed in Disney

We were a group of 14, 1/2 of which were elderly and we were relying heavily on the amenities of the house for them to use while the rest of us were out and about. This property fell way short. I am usually willing to let smaller things go and we were prepared for some wear and tear, but major "amenities" including the pool, Wifi, and TVs were not useable for 3 days which directly impacted our vacation.The outdoor space was not usable -there was a tear in the screen that let mosquitos in so we couldn't sit outside. The grill and pool filter did not work.There weren't enough towels, and the kitchen was not sufficiently stocked (house sleeps 21, but only 6 coffee mugs, 12 forks and 3 teaspoons). It was also missing some essential basics: oven mitts, dish drainer, etc.Major leak in the kitchen sink, previous tenant's belongings found in several drawers (makes you question the cleanliness of the place).The management company did communicate well, and I truly appreciate their responsiveness to resolving the issues (most things were fixed by day 3). It is unfortunate that these things were not addressed before we arrived. Many more things to report which I will discuss with the owners directly so others can avoid the same misfortune as us & not lose vacation time dealing with house issues. This property has great potential, but there are too many issues to overlook at this time. Sorry, but I would not recommend this property until these issues are resolved fully.
