We were VERY pleased with the property!
We couldn't have asked for better! The house had everything we could have wanted and then some! It was spacious, well appointed, clean & equipped with everything you needed - the only thing we had to add was 'food'!! The location was ideal, only a few short minutes by car from the beach. Big bonus (for those that like to walk) is a large conservation area within a short walk where you have trails, lookouts, etc., of various lengths with lots of foliage to keep out of the hot Florida sun. Really nice! Nothing negative to say, but a short note that the VRBO site shows bedroom #2 with a Queen bed & bunk with trundle, when in fact it only has the bunk & trundle. OK if you have kids, but not so with adults. Other than that, we have zero complaints & our host John was great! Thank you John, it was a pleasure & we'd recommend his home to anyone heading that way!

Graduation Gathering
We came to Daytona for my daughter and her husband's graduation from Embry Riddle this past December. This bungalow was a perfect, pet-friendly location. John was amazing in getting everything prepared for our visit and he made himself available for any questions that we had. I would gladly stay again if the need arose.
