「Decent place to stay. One of the staff members closed the hot tub/pool at least 20 minutes early which sucked. That was my only complaint. Primary reason for staying here was the hot tub but other than that, everything else was good. I liked how they were playing Christian music!」

「We had a stressful day of traveling from Utah. Our flight from Midway to Grand Rapids was canceled at 630am so it was a hassle finding another one. We finally left Chicago 11 hrs later and it felt so nice to lay down on a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Easy access to everything. Room was very clean and relaxing. I'd still be in that bed if I didn't have places to be. It was thst comfortable.」

「Property is in much need of a refresh. The doors are scratched the tubs are dirty and stained. The carpet was stained throughout the room and the hallway there’s only one elevator and one ice machine for 7 floors. My toilet ran all nite, I asked for them to fix, nothing done in 2 days. Breakfast was abysmal, stale carbs & expired granola bars. Do NOT stay here」
