Es un lugar muy tranquilo, la alberca climatizada es un plus total, ya que viajo con niños pequeños y ellos se la pasan a lo grande. Las instalaciones son muy limpias, seguras, un ambiente totalmente tranquilo, se escapa del bullicio de la ciudad. El personal es sumamente atento, siempre pendiente de lo que haga falta, y tiene un sazón delicioso. El único pero que pondría, es que casi no tiene enchufes la cabaña, solo uno el baño, y para uno que viaja de lejos, es importante para mantener cargados los celulares y pilas....

No me gustó que el día de hoy que llegamos, en la noche tuvimos que bañar a los niños con agua fría; Salieron de la alberca y necesitabamos bañarlos pero para nuestra sorpresa no había agua caliente en el baño de la habitación y al decirle a la chava encargada simplemente dijo que no era su culpa que los boilers no calienten y que no sabía si a la mañana siguiente habría agua caliente. Eso para nosotros estuvo pésimo y por eso la calificamos mal y no la recomiendo.

Para desconectarse un rato
Muy agradable la estancia, lugar bastante tranquilo para relajarse. Cerca de los prismas, el bosque de las truchas el museo de los duendes. El agua de la alberca templada pero aceptable.

Habíamos reservado una habitación y pedimos ver las cabañas. Están hermosas y más calientitas por lo que pedimos hacer upgrade. Fredy, el encargado, nos dijo que sólo tendríamos que pagar la diferencia pero, que no podía hacerse con tarjeta, sino con transferencia a su cuenta personal. Después de hacer la transferencia me preocupó que tal vez se haya quedado con el dinero y no lo haya reportado a los dueños del establecimiento. La arquitectura del lugar estupenda, la ropa de cama muy rica, la cabaña super amplia y con 2 baños. De limpieza nos pareció que no barrieron xq los pies se ensuciaban en 1 min. Definitivamente volveremos
