"The location is absolutely stunning , the buffet was small but everything you would need . The à la cartes were all delicious! The staff were amazing , the room was clean ! 100% would recommend this hotel to anyone ! I will be returning ! "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Food was good, the Italian restaurant and steakhouse were excellent. Mojito’s were superb. Staff kept mini fridge well supplied. Felt super safe, we will definitely be going back in the future."

"This was our 6th time staying at this property, pretty much the whole staff is nice, but specially the staff at: the beach (Eduardo/Juan/Daniel), the Vella buffet (Norma/Isela/Medardo, and Marcos who makes the omelets), Auma restaurante (Rodrigo/Donovan), Israel working the kayaks, and Eduardo (pechocho) (who was working all over the place), this people went above and beyond to make us feel special, thank you all."
