「We booked in for one night as we were attending a friends wedding. Lovely welcome as we went in and shown to our room. Had a drink from the bar before the Taxi collected us & took us to the wedding venue. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. Would definitely stay again. 」

「We stayed 3 nights and the experience was excellent. Clean, quiet and superb breakfast included. Ate dinner in the pub twice which was very good. No downsides, just that there was no cot available for the baby. No issues as we were told that in advance so brought our own. Also the single bed in our room was very squeaky. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Lovely period house full of character with 3 floors of bedrooms. The rooms are elegantly appointed with real antique furniture. Our room had a claw foot bath and comfy double bed. Breakfast was a feast of locally produced sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding and bread. I never eat black pudding but this was delicious so give it a try. Friendly owner was very helpful.」

「We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again. Room and bathroom were clean. Fresh towels, tea, coffee supplied in the room. Breakfast included in the morning was beautiful and had plenty to choose from. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Wasn't too noisy as situated just off the main square so got a good nights sleep. Close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants.」

The hotel location is perfect and nearby market place, very easy to walk around this lovely city. The only thing that need to improve is the internet connection, it was that good in my room.」
