"The hotel was centrally located, very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They arranged transportation for us and gave recommendations for dining. Overall it was a very pleasant, efficient operation and I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Old world charm with modern amenities like private baths and a lovely breakfast included. It was the perfect send off having coffee on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and polite. I did ask about airport transfer and was only given two pricy options, I would also have appreciated something along the lines of "...also the bus station is a less than 10 minute walk with an express bus." That is my only ding...but I get it and it's more a buyer beware comment. I was there one night and I really loved the space and Venice!"

" 2 nd time staying there. Rooms nice and clean. Staff is nice. Hotel is situated a quick 5-10 minute walk to the synagogue. They also use old fashion keys to the room so no worries about Shabbat"
