El apartamento es estupendo, muy cómodoy amplio. Está en el Kasla, un barrio con mucha vida nocturna/ aconsejable llevar tapones para el ruido. Quitando ese pequeño inconveniente, tuvimos una estancia de 10 !!!

Great location in the heart of Palermo

Beautiful apartment and view of the piazza in this historic neighborhood. Many points of interest and other things to do within walking distance.The piazza can be quite lively into the late evenings, especially on the weekends. The activity did not bother us much, but light sleepers may find it challenging.Host was cordial in communication and easy to deal with. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Grazie Mille

A perfect stay in the center of the old town

We were 5 persons enjoying the stay in this apt, not far from the railway station and close to bars and restaurants. We can really recommend it for families/friends that want to have a nice, clean and large apt. If you don’t like to sit up all night, bring earplugs!

This was a beautiful apartment on Piazza Rivolusion. Modern with plenty of natural light. Very comfortable. However, if staying Thurs through Sunday nights, expect loud party noise from the street scene until 3 am. Great for those looking to party. Not so great for the early-to- bed crowd. Also the wifi connection was spotty in the apt.

Convenient location

The property was clean and spacious. We loved having restaurants just out the front door and walking to markets and sites of Palermo was easy. The one major complaint was the noise at night. It is a very busy street so cars and motorcycles are racing by all night. So it was difficult to sleep.

Palermo experience

3 nights in Palermos old center. A bit loud at night but that was to be expected. Host was very helpful to me with my lost luggage. No hot water when we arrived. Host was quick to respond and had it fixed within an hour. Apartment was lovely, however it was advertised as a 3 bedroom when it was only 2. The third bed was a fold out couch in the living room.

Escapade estivale en automne !

Arrivée dans un appartement vraiment très joli et agréable, vraiment très propre et très bien agencé. Entièrement refait à neuf, avec de beaux matériaux et tous les équipements nécessaires pour qu'une famille puisse y manger (il y a même un micro-onde et une machine à expresso, avec les dosettes fournies). Il est idéalement situé au coeur de la ville, permettant de tout visiter à pieds et offrant à proximité toutes les commodités pour faire ses courses, boire ou manger sur le pouce. Dans la journée, les balcons donnant sur la place sont vraiment agréables : c'est vivant et chaleureux, typique de la vie italienne et il est très plaisant d'y descendre en 20 secondes pour y déguster un café le matin, ou un jus d'orange frais en rentrant de balades en fin d'après-midi. Cependant, il faut signaler que les nuits sont extrêmement bruyantes car cette place est un haut lieu de la vie festive et nocturne jusque très, très tard dans la nuit. Il faut donc réserver cet appartement en toute connaissance de cause : si vous aimez vous-même la fête et n'avez pas l'habitude de vous coucher tôt, n'hésitez pas une seconde à le louer, mais si vous aimez ne pas vous coucher trop tard et si vous avez le sommeil léger, mieux vaut renoncer à tous les charmes de ce très bel appartement. Un grand merci à son propriétaire, qui nous a permis de profiter de la location jusqu'à la dernière minute de notre dernière journée, car nous ne partions que vers 16H : c'était vraiment très sympathique de sa part !

Great apartment

Wonderful apartment in great location. All systems worked well, Goog airconditioning and wifi. Only issue was street noise on Saturday night, when Palermo turns in to a party town.

Très belle semaine

Belle découverte de Palerme et de ses églises et ses ruelles Très bel appartement, petite précision, il n'y a que 2 chambres, le 3ème lit est dans la pièce à vivre. Par contre le canapé lit est de très bonne qualité, on y dort très bien. situé sur une belle petite place où l'on découvre que les habitants sortent beaucoup le soir, jusque tard dans la nuit, du coup merci au double vitrage de bonne qualité ! Petit bémol, la chambre du fond est au dessus d'un restaurant qui raffole de la musique techno, donc vous profitez des basses jusque vers 2 h du matin.

Un séjour agréable dans un quartier animé.

Appartement spacieux très bien situé pour toutes les visites à pied de la ville. La petite place est pleine de charme, assez bruyante le week-end (ce qui semble être le cas d'une grande partie de cette ville très animée la nuit), dans le quartier "bohème" de la ville.

Spacious and great location

5 days with my family. Great communication with Giulio. Very clean and comfortable apartment. A tap bit noisy at night but that is the price to pay to be very well located in the city center.
