“Very bad check inn. No help from check in person. He was just interested in the turisttax, and even charge us for an extra day, but would no give a receipt for the payment, not possible. Only one key card to the room, that a problem when you are two persons. Extra key card not possible, but he could not care less. We were told to contact the chat for the company. I did that 3 times, but no reply. No cleaning of the room during our 3 days stay, not possible were we told. The safe was not fixed……

“Wonderful huge apartment and host. Host was fantastic! Only minor drawback was some music at night. But we were so tired from touring during the day it did not affect us. With 3 bedrooms great for family or friends group”

“We have a warm welcome from our host Calogero who explained in detail of the accommodation and Palermo. The location is excellent and we can explore the city on foot easily. The rooms are tidy, though a bit dated/tired. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped.”

“Our host was quick to respond to our request. He sounded friendly, but with contactless checkin, we never met him.The accommodation is basic. The windows do not close tightly, and let in a lot of noise from the traffic and from the tram terminus outside the window. It is not an attractive area. Parking is difficult. Anita's cafe across the tram tracks is good.You can walk to a grocery store in 10 minutes. The historic center is a comfortable 20 minute walk and is very interesting. ”
