"This room is super cool. We did love staying in the space, but there’s 0 instruction on how to check in, or check out. Theres no front desk and no one to really call for anything except the restaurant staff which at times were kinda clueless. The tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so we couldn’t use it. No one gave us instructions for checkout so I just left the key on the counter and left the door unlocked? 10/10 cool space, but yeah- not a hotel, if you book here you’re kind of on your own to figure...
"I regret that we were charged twice (and the property is not in a hurry to solve it) and it was a constant problem to get into the rooms due to the malfunctions codes. One of the rooms was basically without a window, the other one was better. It is a pity. Also, if you don't like scanning your own ID and making selfies (and send it to them) - which they require for check in - it is not the right place for you. "

"It was perfect!! I LOVED Riversuites. I stayed here for 3 nights and it felt like my dream home. Every room is so aesthetic and spacious. The rooms have so much character due to the station it was built on. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom were perfect 😍 plus with my booking snacks and drinks were complimentary which I didn’t expect but it added to making the stay like home and perfect. The whole room and hotel was perfect overall 😍 the only downside was the breakfast. It wasn’t the best selection. But it’s the only hotel I found with free/included parking. Behind the hotel there’s a view of the river and bridge. The scenery is beautiful day and night. "

"Great property. Lots of space. As other reviews have said it is a little noisy but the property thoughtfully provides noise machines and ear plugs (I do recommend using them). We were in at check-in and out at 7:30 the next morning so a very short visit but would stay here again. Love properties that allow dogs as well. Easier than trying to find a pet sitter or take them to a boarder. Thank you, Sosuite!"
