“The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. Luckily it was the off season and it didn’t create much of an inconvenience. It was quickly fixed within a day. The front office……

“This hotel was great! Breakfast was fantastic, and the employees were very friendly. The downside was that there’s no parking lot, but there is a parking deck about a block away that costs around 20+ euros per day. Other than that, everything was good. It would be even better if they provided more pillows, but that’s my only recommendation.”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. “Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. ”
